Hosted by Tai Marie, a singer-songwriter and female producer originally from Los Angeles, California, now based in Dallas. Tai started The Muse Box in August 2023 as a one time thing, but then saw how people were engaging and the show started becoming highly requested beginning with a small audience as they asked for more shows.

The Muse Box is a global listening party for independent artists, not a music review show.

With her roots deeply embedded in the music industry, Tai Marie grew up learning from her father, Jon-John Robinson, a 2x Grammy Award-winning producer, and began to experiment and build her own artistry over the years. She graduated from University of North Texas in 2023 with a B.F.A in Studio Art with skills in Drawing, Painting, Basketry, Metalsmithing, Blacksmithing and Photography, and of course along with all of that, a love for music. Tai has a soft spot for independent artists and their music, and is also one herself, signed and owns her and her family’s independent label, Arkadia Music Group.

“On my down time I used to would be on the hunt for hours upon hours scrolling on Soundcloud and Apple Music until I could find as many unheard of/underraetd artists as possible. “I would follow along with their artistry as their careers unfolded and blossomed." “This has been a burning passion and love of mine to be able to build this type of community.”

Tai’s focus at The Muse Box is solely on celebrating and enjoying music from independent artists around the world. The focus isn’t on critiquing artists' work, but rather to foster a space where everyone can vibe and uplift each other. Respectful and constructive criticism is always welcome, contributing to a positive and supportive environment for all.
